Contact

Email support@proofrows.com with:

  • What you were trying to do (upload a statement, export CSV, etc.)
  • What you saw instead (error message, blank screen, wrong data)
  • The statement ID or client name if relevant (from the URL is fine)
  • A screenshot if you can

Please do not attach the source PDF unless we ask — it’s already in your private storage and we can pull it from there with your permission.

Current limits

  • Text and scanned PDFs. Scanned or image-only statements are read with built-in OCR; rough scans get lower per-row confidence and are flagged for review.
  • Export formats. CSV, QuickBooks-ready CSV, Xero bank-import CSV, XLSX workbooks, QuickBooks .qbo (Web Connect), and generic OFX all work today — pick the file your import wizard expects.
  • Statement size. Up to 25 MB and ~100 pages per upload. Most monthly statements are well under that.
  • Team seats by plan. Starter is single-user; the Firm and Cleanup Pro plans include multi-user seats (3 and 10) — see the pricing page.
  • Confidence is best-effort. Review every row before you trust an export. The validation page surfaces duplicates, low-confidence rows, and balance mismatches.

  • Privacy policy — what we store, where it lives, how to delete it.
  • Terms of service — what the service covers and what it doesn’t.
  • In-app: Settings → Account for password and account deletion.

Reporting a bug

If something is broken or surprising, the best thing you can send us is a short note: “I tried X, expected Y, saw Z.” Include the time roughly and we can find the request in logs.
